I love any Friendly's restaurant! The place was clean, the service was great. The food was very good and served in good time, hot and cooked right. Ice cream is always the best part tho! Prices are pretty good considering I always get the combination type deal with the meal, drink and ice cream for less than $15!
The prices are pretty good and the food and ice cream are alright, though they have no dairy-free dessert options. The service is generally okay; once I asked for a booth in a secluded area so that I could breastfeed my baby and they went above and beyond to accommodate me.
I went with a friend and our 2 children there was at least a 20-25 min wait which is ok. But the waitress we got was vey rude. We ordered the moment we arrived at our table because during the wait we decided. The food took a very long time, I watched our waitress go around asking everyone how they liked their food, making them aware what was going on with their food n how much longer it should be until they got theirs, we didn't get that courtesy from her. We ordered loaded fried they had about 5 tiny pieces of bacon, a drop of sour cream and a line of cheese when we addressed it she angrily walked into kitchen grabbed 2 bacon strips n a side of cheese and basically threw it on the table. I ordered a siracha burger n it was missing the bacon, and because of the way we were treated the first time i was hesitant to say anything, it also was not cooked all the way through. Just over all wait, food and customer service was horrible.
Had the $5.55 chicken. Add bacon and cheese. $.99 each. The sandwch would compare to the crispy chicken sandwich at Wendys for $1.50. $2.79 for an iced tea and $3.59 for a small sundae. Total with tip was $16.99. Left hungry. When the doors to this chain close I will be sad but not surprised.
