Such Poor service!!! I called to have a taxi pick me up in Spencer. Keep in mind it was pouring rain out and the uber app, which I usually use, said there weren't any drivers around. The person on the phone asked where I was and where I'm going, and all of a sudden said he had to call me back to see who could pick me up. I waited 20-30 minutes, but got no call back. I even tried calling back 3 times. The first 2 times, I got voicemail. The third time, the line was busy. After that I just had to give up. THANK GOODNESS an uber was eventually able to pick me up!!
