Reserved a truck for 10:00 Saturday morning. They called me at 9:15 to say they didn't have the truck or any other truck as a replacement. I called customer service and they told me I could pick one up in Northampton or Warwick, RI. I told them to forget it and used Avis instead. Wish I had gone with Avis to start with and avoided all this grief.
