Great homey inn. Prices are great for families and they can get you half off tickets to Sturbridge village. It really makes it a bargain. The units are well spaced from each other so it is easy to not be bothered by other guests. Rooms have AC however they did feel a bit damp and musty. Some of the rooms have adarondack chairs out front which are nice to bask in the sun. Would definitely come back.
Very accommodating staff let us check in early so we would have time to get ready for a wedding we were attending. Room was nice and warm and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable.
Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Location is excellent for visiting the village and has many nearby stores and restaurants.. Free wifi.. cookies on arrival with coffee. Free morning breakfast of muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit cups. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We are repeat customers and will continue to stay there.
The rooms are way better than a normal hotel for two beds and with three adults. No complaints about the bathroom. They provide three pillows per bed with varying soft/firmness which I am grateful for. The beds themself were on the firmer side which I like but I understand not everyone desires. Didn't need the alarm clock but there was one available. The complimentary breakfast is about the same as anywhere else. Overall if I am passing through the area again I would book a room.
Last minute booking . . . facility was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Price was reasonable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had some special needs, as I am handicapped. I had a very late check in, around 2 AM, but it made no difference in the quality of my stay. There was someone there to greet me with a smile. I highly recommend this facility.
