This beautiful hotel is brand new. But they had great training here before they opened and it shows. The staff is awesome. I was met and felt immediately as I was an important customer. I noticed they treat ALL customers this way. No matter their status. I only hope this action stays consistent after the newness wears off. Even though I am a diamond member at another hotel chain I have found my new home away from home when I travel on business to this location.

This Hotel is more focused on selling how fancy they are than actually caring about their service! The sales office lies, and will not do anything for their customer. My brother had a block for 15 available, yet they were only able to book 4, mind you this is 35 days out. On top of that, when we tried to get a room that wasn't in the block, they refused to offer the lower online rate. I would have been happy if they had just given us the online rate in the original block, which they had available, but they refused and blamed it on their system and the fact that they are a franchise. Pam, the sales woman claimed they are trying to fix this, but its not helping. We went with Comfort Inn, which was very happy to take our business. Just because a place is new, doesn't mean it's the best. I hope others whom book blocks check out other locations and do not end up having issues like us!
Location is great for visiting Old Sturbridge. Hotel is only three months old, so there's really nothing bad to say about it at all. Staff is friendly and helpful.
We were road tripping and after driving for several hours decided to pull over. What a pleasant surprise to find this brand new hotel. The young girl who checked us in was very pleasant and informative. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. I hope they pay housekeeping well to keep these rooms looking so beautiful!
