I called C & R as I had terrific service with them when I had my subaru. Now I have a KIA Soul but hated the low profile tires in the snow. They quoted me a price for wheels and tires. When I arrived, they realized they had forgotten the cost of the Electronic Tire Pressure guage. They were able to keep their original quote and replace the tires. AWESOME service - above and beyond!
They beat Town Fair Tire's price on my new set of tires!!!
Every couple of years I get two new front tires and rotate the old ones to the back. The older gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I left my car, went to Cracker Barrel and picked it up later in the day. The price was roughly the same as two years ago and the employee was the same person as well. A consistently positive experience.
Great experience! Had to find a place for a quick tire repair when I realized my tire had a defect and was leaking air while driving on I-90 and everyone here was quick to accommodate me and get my tire fixed so quickly! They even allowed me to bring my dog into their waiting area as it was a super cold day. So glad I stopped here.
This business has always treated me with respect and Dave and Ken are always helpful when I have questions. Friendly atmosphere, TV, newspaper & mags. Always timely with the work being done.
I needed to get some brake work done. I was told that if I came in between 3 - 3:30pm they would be able to get it done the same day. The gentleman took my phone number and said he would call me if he couldn't get the parts in time. I left work an hour early to get there for 3 and when I walked into the shop, the same person I spoke to on the phone told me he didn't have the part and tried to say he "thought it was for the next day". I told him you took my number for that reason and then he said he probably did but couldn't remember. Don't know if I'll be going back to this place again.
