Susan was extremely helpful, willing to work with me. Highly recommend. They can order from the catalogue and ship it for the same cost. Will use them to keep the shop in business.
I would have given this store a bad review, as the first woman who assisted me was very rude, and put zero effort into helping me. I was about to leave, when Susan Murphy can out and asked me If I was all set. I said, I'd prefer to work with her. She was amazing. She took time to listen to my needs, and spent time looking up the fabric, to match the curtains I bought...(the 1st woman said "no we don't have that material". Well the next day, I got a call from Susan saying she had found the fabric, and she could order it for me. She went through all this trouble even though they could not make the shams in house. So basically, there was nothing in it for her except good old fashioned customer service!

I get their mail order catalog and didn't realize this location was here! I've driven by many times but never made the connection ... one day I noticed and went it and was amazed at their nice retail location where you can look and touch all their products. This makes purchasing this expensive household necessity so much more feasible!
