As Annan is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the other staff need more training.
Found out via email on a Sunday that FedEx would be picking up a package being shipped out of the country the following morning at 8am. I was Il prepared but Jim went out of his way to not only assist me but save me a ton of money!! Definitely the right guy to have running the show over there.

Sturbridge MA 9/1/17 5:30pm Stood at a register counter with a basket full of items and watched 2 employees continue to sort papers, another walk right past me to a back room, and yet another come from the the floor of the store and busy herself with something keeping her back to me. I was the only person st the time looking to make a purchase.
