Just disappointing

WAS there a hour LOL having so much fun I get lost though it is not a super Walmart

When I questioned this he became very rude and had a hostile attitude

Dec 23. Considering that. Not to bad.

At this point He said if we didnt leave he would call the police and have us banned from the store

Only then the employee let go of her arm/wrist and allowed us to continue to the service desk

5 stars even though it's large enough for an automotive bay but does not have one.

While doing this we saw a big stuffed animal in a big bin opened in the middle of the floor so we put it in our cart

After walking around and filling our cart for about 45mins it was time for check out

My girl then asked if she called the corporate office would they say the same thing or just have him sell us the stuffed animal she also informed him about the employee grabbing her arm

No signs anywhere saying we couldnt purchase the item until Black Friday

Since not a single sign was out stating this and the vast majority of items on the sales floor were for black friday

His answer was he didnt have to and he wont

I was shopping st the sturbrdge Massachusetts walmart this evening

I asked him to show me the signs

Cheap prices. As good as a Walmart can be. For the most part, staff is nice.

But, they do reload prepaid bank cards which I use while traveling.

Only in Massachusetts...

When we walked over the only sign said black Friday merchandise

we have to work at the time these items are able to be purchased and the kiddo would love it

When the actually store manager sterling came over (with an attitude) he said there were signs saying the item was a black friday item and we couldnt buy it intil midnight the following day

(Yes all this over a stuffed animal for a little kid )

Keep in mind all we wanted to do was spend money and have someone tell us what we could do as far as getting the stuffed animal

When my girl did this the employee who first claimed she was the manager then literally grabbed her arm and tried to rip her hand off the product and didnt let go until my girl told her not stop touching her

if i ever treated any customer like we were treated id have no job

Would people complain that a Walmart with 19 aisles of food doesn't have enough food. Especially since there's a Stop & Shop less than 50 yards away.

All we wanted was some answers and help

Theres is a bit more to this story however this review is already far too long

In the end we left without the stuffed animal spent about 140$ and a female employee (a young woman with dark hair and tatoos on her arms ) calling my girlfriend a "f--ing b-tch" loud enough for us to hear it and her and another employee and sterling mean mugging us the whole way to checkout

this all happened in the middle of the sales floor in front of a group of customers and employees alike

Never again will i buy anything here unless i have no choice

This made no sense to us so we went to the service desk to talk to the manager

All of this could have been avoided if they had a single sign saying when you could purchase the items

And as far as ppl like sterling if you cannot deal with the public you shouldn't be management for a business that deals with the public

He did nothing he wouldnt even let her show him who the employee was who did it

Why they would put out items we cant buy for another 30+ hrs without any signs?

Stores have black friday sales before actual black friday all the time so a single sign saying Black Friday merchandise does nothing

So i asked him why would you not put up a sign saying you couldn't buy these items rather than upset customers

On the way to the register several employees informed us the stuffed animal couldnt be purchased until midnight on thanksgiving due to black friday.

On the way to the service desk another employee physically stopped our carriage to remove the item out of our cart on her own. Like anyone would do when someone invades thier personal space my girlfriend put her hand on the item to stop her and said "we are going to talk to the manager to see if anyone can explain why items are on the sales floor yet we cant buy them?

seeing as the walmart in oxford is 24hrs and their website says they are open on thanksgiving i asked him again

I first off would like to say ive never been treated this way ever by a management person in my life

And just kept saying the items were out because employees in the state of mass cant be on the clock after midnight

He then said they dont have to and at least a thousand ppl today alone have been told the same thing
